ANNOUNCEMENT
COLLECTION OF FILES FOR THE AUGUST 2023 GRADUATION CEREMONY.
- The graduation ceremony will be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. All documents must be submitted to the Study Program by no later than Friday, August 25, 2023, at 15.00 WIB.
- The graduation and commencement checklist can be downloaded here:
a. All documents must be complete as per the checklist. (If not applying for course grade deletion, the Course Deletion Form must still be included)
b. Starting from the Odd Semester of the Academic Year 2022/2023, all levels of study at MIPA are required to use a final assignment approval sheet signed by the supervising lecturer, examiners, program chair, and acknowledged by faculty officials, and stamped by the faculty. A faculty certificate replacing the final assignment approval sheet or stating that final assignment revisions are completed is no longer valid.
- Registration for Graduation and Commencement (Prodi) can be accessed here.
- Thesis submission to the Mathematics Department Library can be accessed here. After successful upload, please confirm with the Mathematics Department Library staff (Mrs. Susiana: 08122798656).
- Information on Library Clearance Certificate and Self-Upload can be found here.
- After completing the online registration (Prodi), please proceed with the graduation and commencement registration through Simaster.
Note: The thesis title should be written in title case format.
Example: Modeling the Railway Travelling Salesman Problem (RTSP) using Integer Linear Programming (ILP) Method.
- TPA and TOEFL certificates must be from institutions recognized by UGM. Please check here.
- Hardcopy of the required documents for graduation and commencement does not need to be submitted to the Master’s Program in Mathematics.
